As a pioneer in solid waste resource utilization, Harden is showcasing three low-OPEX alternative fuel (SRF/RDF) preparation solutions at the event. Designed around the core objective of delivering a "lower cost per ton and higher competitive advantage," these end-to-end processing lines cater to cement plants with varying capacities, raw materials, and space constraints, directly driving up the Thermal Substitution Rate (TSR) in cement kilns.

Solution 1: SG3000MP One-Step Shredding System (TSR 20–35%)

 

  • Target Application: Small to medium SRF plants (Capacity: 50–200 t/d)


  • System Highlights: Addressing pain points like limited space, restricted power supply, and complex material inputs, Harden pioneered this one-step solution. A single shredder replaces traditional multi-stage setups. With a footprint of just 105 m² (an 82% reduction compared to traditional lines), it is highly highly suitable for retrofitting small plants or restricted-space projects.

Solution 2: DDS Three-Stage Shredding System (TSR 30–55%)

 

  • Target Application: Large-scale SRF production centers (Capacity: 300–500 t/d)

 

  • System Highlights: Designed to handle complex waste streams, including textiles and tangling materials that are typically difficult to process at scale. Utilizing "step-shredding + AI cooperative control" technology, it adapts to 95% of common raw materials. The system guarantees that 95% of the output fuel is ≤80mm, ensuring the high uniformity required to prevent kiln blockages and maximize burnout rates.

Solution 3: DSWS High-Quality Alternative Fuel System (TSR 40–90%)

 

  • Target Application: Premium SRF projects demanding high substitution rates and large-scale utilization.

 

  • System Highlights: Standard mixed waste often contains soil, inert materials, and impurities that lower calorific value and increase harmful emissions. Harden’s DSWS employs a refined closed-loop process (Pre-shredding → Sizing/Screening → Air Separation → Fine Shredding) to systematically extract impurities. This maximizes the fuel's heating value and minimizes harmful elements, allowing cement plants to safely achieve a high TSR and capture greater carbon reduction benefits.
